Karen Anderson has been teaching yoga in Vail since 1999. She offers private and semi-private instruction for all levels. She teaches both modern vinyasa and traditional Ashtanga, and specializes in therapeutic applications.
Karen also teaches meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra. She integrates her training as a massage therapist and Pilates instructor as needed in sessions. Karen is also available for both Thai massage and subtle neuromuscular bodywork.
She will lead her next 200-hour yoga teacher training in the fall of 2015 in Vail. Contact Karen for details.
