Karen Anderson has been teaching yoga in Vail since 1999. She offers private and semi-private instruction for all levels. She teaches in both modern vinyasa and traditional Ashtanga styles, and specializes in therapeutic applications of yoga. She is available for retreats, events, corporate groups and weddings.
Karen teaches yoga asana, meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra. She integrates her experience as a massage therapist and Pilates trainer as needed into sessions. She is also available for Thai yoga massage and therapeutic bodywork.
Karen will lead 200-hour yoga teacher training certified by Yoga Alliance in fall of 2014. Space is available but limited.
