Karen Anderson has been teaching yoga in Vail since 1999. She offers private and semi-private instruction for individuals and groups. She teaches both vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga and specializes in therapeutic applications.
Karen has become a local specialist in meditation, and particularly enjoys sharing this passion with others. See the meditation page for Karen's latest recordings.
Karen also teaches pranayama (yogic breathing) and yoga nidra (yogic sleep). She integrates her training as a massage therapist and Pilates instructor as needed in sessions. Karen is also available for both subtle neuromuscular bodywork/healing sessions.
Karen will lead her next 200-hour alignment-based vinyasa yoga teacher training in the fall of 2015 in Vail. This course is registered with the Yoga Alliance.
