Karen Anderson has been teaching yoga in Vail since 1999. She offers private instruction in yoga and meditation, both for individuals and for groups.  Karen is the yoga director at the Vail Vitality Center.

Karen teaches both vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, and specializes in therapeutic applications.  She particularly enjoys sharing her passion for meditation and the dharma with others.  She also teaches pranayama (yoga breathing) and yoga nidra (yogic sleep).

Karen will lead her next 200-hour alignment-based vinyasa yoga teacher training in the fall of 2017 at the Vail Vitality Center.  This course is registered with the Yoga Alliance.
