Karen Anderson has been teaching yoga in Vail since 1999. She offers private and semi-private instruction for all levels. She teaches both vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga and specializes in therapeutic applications.
Karen also teaches meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra. She integrates her training as a massage therapist and Pilates instructor as needed in sessions. Karen is also available for both Thai massage and subtle neuromuscular bodywork/healing sessions.
Karen will lead her next 200-hour alignment-based vinyasa yoga teacher training in the fall of 2015 in Vail. This course is registered with the Yoga Alliance.
